Whether we are building a large vehicle equipment and maintenance facility or a new office building, renovating a distribution warehouse or completing a Class  A tenant finish faster than the speed of light, Rhinotrax’s attention to detail, client requirements and our trades’ needs never falter.

The combined experience of our key employees covers most areas of commercial construction: new construction and tenant-finish and renovations with emphasis in the office, educational, multi-family housing, medical, warehouse/industrial, sitework and retail/restaurant work.  We are proficient in helping our clients establish the project programming, working with the design team,  securing the local approvals and ultimately construction completion.

Depending on the project, Rhinotrax self-performs various work elements as necessary including demolition, carpentry, finishes and electrical.

We build relationships as well as buildings, and have developed a network of architectural, design, engineering and trade partner support that enables us to offer this quality and commitment on every project we build.

Tenant Finish: The same level of quality and attention is given to each tenant finish project whether an office interior tenant finish,  historic renovation, medical, warehouse, fast food restaurant or higher education setting.

Sitework / Paving: Rhinotrax has completed thousands of square feet of sitework, utilities and paving at operational facilities while maintaining ongoing access to the campus.  Both scheduled construction and emergency repairs are included in our resume of completed sitework/paving projects.
